For smaller projects with unclear business requirements, we will establish an onsite team and continue to work through the deliverables via our Onsite delivery model. For larger projects where the business requirements aren’t in a state of flux, we can execute the project via our Hybrid onsite- offsite/offshore delivery model.

We can configure the SaaS service to be set up either as a remote service via cloud computing or in house or a combination of the two as a hybrid model.

Offshore services

Build-operate-transfer (BOT) offshore model is based on the premise that the client or onsite O&M team will ultimately want to take full control of the development unit which has been dedicated to providing the client’s application development/enhancement needs.

In this model, we set up a team of individuals with skill-sets consistent with the client’s requirements, houses them in its offshore location, provides them with necessary infrastructure and trains them in its quality processes along with those required by the client

The team is managed by a project manager who remains in contact with the client. This dedicated unit, once built, begins operations when the client is satisfied with the team’s strength and capabilities. At a given time or at the termination of the contract, the entire team is transferred to the client, who then maintains the team at another location
